Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been uploaded, shared, or otherwise made available through our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address so that we can reach you if necessary.
  • Copyright Certificate or Proof of Ownership: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon.
  • Location of the Infringing Material: A link to, or a description of where the alleged infringing material is located on the MP3Juice website, sufficient enough to allow us to locate the material.
  • Statement of Authorization: A statement that you are the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please send all copyright infringement reports to our designated agent at [email protected].

Response to Copyright Claims

Upon receiving a proper claim of copyright infringement, MP3Juice will take appropriate actions under the Copyright law and our own policies, which may include removing the infringing material from our website and taking reasonable steps to prevent the uploader from further infringing activities on our platform.

Counter Notification

If you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. This must include:

  • Your contact information: Your name, address, and email address.
  • Description of the Material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Statement under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which MP3Juice may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  • Your Physical or Electronic Signature.

Please send the counter-notification to our designated agent at the contact information provided above.
